Integra Schools, Governor Services provide a comprehensive professional service to all education settings, allowing them to benefit from effective and efficient governing boards who work strategically and positively contribute to the effectiveness of leadership.
There are two sections to the website, the first tab is publically available. The public part of the website contains information and guidance that the Local Authority is required to provide in order to meet its statutory responsibilities.
The remaining tabs: 'Core Governance'; 'Knowing Your School' and 'Policies, Guidance and Legislation' are available to those governing boards who subscribe to Integra Schools, Governor Services.

This new document answers some of the questions that we are posed on a regular basis. It is also a very useful tool for Clerks to have quick access to enable them to support their governing board.
To support collaborative working amongst boards an example terms of reference for forming joint governing board committees has been produced. The document is available under 'Core Governance', then 'Work of the Governing Body'.
We have produced a document to assist governing boards with recruiting a new Clerk. The document is available under 'Core Governance', then 'Clerks'.
The recommended fee for Clerks has been increased by 2% following the recent pay award notification. The increase should be applied from the 1st September 2018. The revised fee schedule is available under 'Core Governance', then 'Clerks'.
The September 2018 version of the EFSA Academies Financial Handbook is now available under 'Knowing Your School', then 'Finance'.
A new version of the Code of Conduct for Governing Boards is now available under 'Core Governance', then 'Governors'.
We have produced a 'New Governor Induction' procedure which governing boards can use to support their new governors. This document can be founder under 'Core Governance', then the 'Governors' tab.
A copy of the document 'SEND Review Guide' has been uploaded to our website. This document can be found under 'Knowing Your School', then the 'Self-Evaluation' tab.
