​The Integra Schools IMS Support Team provides Capita-accredited support for SIMS .net to over 200 primary, special and secondary schools and academies. The team supports both schools and academies in South Gloucestershire as well as academies in other authorities such as Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset and Wiltshire. The team has wide-ranging collective experience across all areas of SIMS, having worked in schools and as team members in other SIMS local support units.​

 Our services include:

  • a fully managed and integrated ICT / IMS Support Service across all phases including central hosting and maintenance of your SIMS .net
  • service desk support and guidance for all SIMS modules and IMS-related issues
  • full access to this SharePoint website, containing a comprehensive support materials and guidance
  • a wide range of SIMS and Microsoft Office training, either at our dedicated training facility or else on-site at your setting
  • consultation services to implement management information solutions supporting school improvement and business efficiency
  • partnership systems to support cross-site collaboration, for example using SIMS Partnership Xchange
  • hosting for SIMS Learning Gateway and project planning to support parental engagement and cost-effectiveness
  • stand-alone IMS support for secondary settings, including upgrade and patch management
  • academy conversion, including data services for schools considering a migration from their existing provider to SIMS​.

  • During term time, the help desk is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, closing at 4.30pm on Fridays.
  • During school holidays, the help desk is open - see the public News page for details.
  • On the Wednesday and Thursday of each of the two exam results weeks, the service desk opens at 8am.
  • The service desk is not open on bank holidays.
