Breakthrough Mentoring	Core Service (including EMTAS and ISS)
Breakthrough is an activity based mentoring programme that helps students of all ages achieve personal goals and overcome any challenges they may be experiencing. Breakthrough is typically used by schools to address behaviour and attendance issues.	The Closing the Gap Service comprises specialist staff who are able to provide support for schools and young people in the following areas; Black Minority Ethnic (including English as an Additional Language) and Traveller Education and Inclusion Support for Special Educational Needs.
