Provides operational cleaning services to all of South Gloucestershire's
corporate buildings. It also offers its services to schools, on a
traded basis, including a contracting service, advisory service,
operational cleaning services and specialist cleaning tasks.

The Community Spaces
Service is provided by the Environment and Community Services
Department. |
This traded service
offers the co-ordination of a comprehensive service providing trained
and professional support for key holding and alarm response within
schools, which is a purely traded function.
We employ a fully accredited third party, to provide alarm response 24
hours a day, 7 days a week at reduced rates for the Schools and
educational establishments within South Gloucestershire. |
Property Services are
part of the Chief Executive & Corporate Resources Department provided by
South Gloucestershire Council. |
The Risk Management
and Insurance service are part of the Chief Executive & Corporate
Resources Department provided by South Gloucestershire Council. |
Surfaces, Lighting
and Infrastructure Services are part of the Design and Operations Team
provided by South Gloucestershire Council. |
